Did anyone say you are getting fired on Monday?

I had to write something today because this blog thing is so neat. My boss said that they are having "my" meeting on Monday and that I will be getting a letter in the mail about it. Public school administration is kind of scary, and they may be giving me the heave hoe on Monday. I hope I get there letter inviting me to my being fired before then. Who knows what will be in the letter? Just an invitation to a nice chat, or maybe it will be down and dirty going over the points for my termination. God knows they have enough dirt on me to get rid of me. For instance today one of the students was in a position on the therapy table, and she was looking like she was about to suffocate into the pillow that was holding her head. So I went over and her mouth was bleeding. I told the teacher and asked what I should do. She said, go get the swab and clean out her mouth. I went to get the swab, but I forgot to get gloves. Talk about making a big mistake. Handling any kind of bodily fluids, saliva, blood, urine...we are required to wear rubber gloves....but oh, no, here I go, Saint Caroline to swab out this little girl's mouth, with no gloves!!!! I could have shot myself. But, I just kept on, after realizing the mistake I had made, and telling the teacher (who probably had noticed already). This whole nursing, caretaking thing scares me...I'm always forgetting some very basic thing, putting the breaks on the wheel chair so it doesn't move, wearing gloves...ect. There is always something I'm forgetting.

I did get a call back from Kelly Services and they have a position open working with a big insurance company as a customer service rep...it's a long drive, and only goes thru February, but it does have health insurance. Also got info on a music therapy degree program. I like music alot and am wondering if I could make a career of it. Have borderline personality disorder allows me to be on a never ending quest for my true calling in life. But maybe I do have a true calling.
