Introduction

I'm writing the first entry to my blog. I think it will be cool to write about myself and things that I think about. I wonder if anyone will read this? For today I'm staying home from work with a sore throat. I think I may be fired from my job either Thursday or Friday. Right now I work with children who have severe disabilities, they are all in wheel chairs and none of them are verbal. Most of the day we try to get them out of their wheel chairs, onto mats to stretch their muscles, then we prepare lunch, then it's back to different positions. Sometimes we do activities with them like sorting clothes pins, putting shapes into a container, and I have brought my guitar several times to play for them. I'm kind of burned out on the job, have some sciatica in my back which makes it hard to do all of the lifting a diaper changing. Plus it doesn't pay well. So my attitude has sucked, and they are in the process of getting rid of me. I've been looking for another job, customer service, working at hospital, a library but with no luck. On top of that I have all of these crazy diagnoses, like I have boderline personality disorder. I don't like authority either, so maybe I'm oppositional defiant too. Guess I need to ask my therapist about that. All in all, I just want to pick up and move somewhere else, anywhere, the mountains, where it's cool. I hate the heat in South Carolina. I only start functioning around this time of year when it gets cooler. That's all for now.
